Hultsfred is one of the largest solar parks in Sweden and the second-largest in Nordic Solar’s portfolio to date. The project marks another step in the company’s continued expansion of renewable energy production across Europe.

The solar park consists of approximately 130,000 panels and will contribute significantly to the supply of clean electricity in the region.

“We are pleased to see Hultsfred now in operation. Projects of this scale require strong collaboration across many partners, and we would like to thank everyone involved for their contribution to bringing the project to life,” says Nikolaj Holtet Hoff, CEO, Nordic Solar.

The project has been developed and delivered in collaboration with a number of partners, including Soltech Energy Solutions, who supported the final commissioning phase.

With Hultsfred now operational, Nordic Solar will focus on ensuring stable and efficient performance of the plant, delivering reliable renewable energy for years to come.
