Recruitment Process

We do our very best to have a consistent and fair recruitment process regardless of whether we run the process ourselves or together with an external recruitment partner.

We believe that a thorough process is key to ensuring a great match. It is a two-way process and while we want to learn about you as a potential new candidate, we also want you to have all the information you need to make up your mind. So do not hold back – ask us about anything that has made you curious.

In the assessment, we focus on more than just your professional background and skills; we also want to get to know you as a person to ensure that you will thrive in the role and on the team. To us, it is about achieving harmony between your expectations and our expectations for the perfect match.

Candidates who are selected based on the initial screening will be invited for an interview and undergo a testing process. Depending on the specific position you are applying for, you might also be asked to complete a case assignment. Regardless of how far you go in the process, you can expect feedback and timely updates.

Onboarding

We do our very best to ensure that you get off to a great start in your new role. We want you to feel welcome from the moment you step into the office, and we make sure to get in touch before your first day of work so that we can plan everything in the best possible way.

On your first day, you will have breakfast with your closest colleagues, we will set up your laptop and phone and you will meet your buddy. Your buddy is a colleague who has volunteered to support and help you integrate with the company – someone who is always ready for a cup of coffee or a quick question.

During the first few weeks, we will arrange for you to be introduced to all departments to understand their work and responsibilities. We want you to get to know the organisation well so that you feel at home and understand your role. You will also be invited for an informal lunch with the leadership team and other new joiners.

Finally, we will ask you to give us feedback on your onboarding experience so that we can continuously learn and improve.
